Our Focus

We are a collective of coaches, parents, athletes, therapists and mentors seeking to promote a healthy balance of physical wellness and mental agility for athletes engaging in the sport of volleyball.

Whether you are an athlete, team, parent or coach, you need support during a team sports season cycle and we want you to get the most out of your team experience. Our group focuses on offering resources, education, tools, events and trainings to enhance your performance in any role you play!

Physical wellness refers to the state of overall health and well-being of the body, encompassing various factors such as exercise, nutrition, rest, and the absence of illness or injury. It emphasizes the importance of regular physical activity, maintaining a balanced diet, getting sufficient sleep, and avoiding harmful substances or behaviors. Achieving physical wellness involves taking proactive measures to improve and maintain one's physical health, strength, endurance, and flexibility, thereby reducing the risk of chronic diseases and promoting a better quality of life.

Mental agility refers to the capacity of an individual to quickly and effectively adapt their thinking to new, complex, or rapidly changing situations. It involves the ability to think creatively, make decisions efficiently, and solve problems adeptly, often in dynamic or high-pressure environments. Mental agility implies being mentally flexible and nimble, allowing for easy and swift shifts in focus, strategies, or perspectives as needed. This cognitive trait enables individuals to process information rapidly, grasp new concepts, and apply critical thinking skills to diverse and challenging tasks.
